Components for Garage Doors
From T-end bottom seals to numbered hinges, torsion-spring cones, end bearing plates, and brush perimeter seals with aluminum holders, SB5 stocks the component matrix garage-door OEMs and dealers actually need. Compounded to ASTM D2000 elastomer specs, dimensioned to ANSI/DASMA 102/103/105/108/109/112/116, and validated against the original sample on every production run.
Sectional garage doors are a high-volume aftermarket and OEM component market — every door uses T-end astragal, perimeter seals, numbered hinges, sectional rollers, torsion-spring cones, bearing plates, and stainless cables. SB5 sources to the standard industry conventions on hole patterns, trim allowances, and color codes (per ANSI/DASMA) so components drop straight into existing door systems.

Spring & Counterbalance Hardware
Torsion-spring stationary and winding cones (1¾″–6″ IDs, ½″ winding bores), end bearing plates with 3⅜″ shaft offset, center bearing plates with flanged bearings, cable drums (4″ standard / HL / VL), and aircraft lifting cables (1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″) per ANSI/DASMA 102/103.
Section Reinforcement & Track
U-strut section reinforcement (1¾″–3″ U-channel, 16–20 ga), perforated back-hang angle (1½×1½″, 2×2″ × 8'–10'), vertical and horizontal track (2″ or 3″; 10/12/15″ radii; 14–11 ga), and flag/jamb brackets per DASMA 102.
