We supply precision metal and rubber components including brackets, fasteners, brush and seal systems, endcaps, idlers, roller tubes, tracks, channels, housings, extrusions, and fully custom-manufactured parts. We serve OEM manufacturers across shading, fenestration, access systems, data centers, commercial HVAC, conveyor systems, and 14+ additional industries.
Yes - this is one of our core capabilities. We can reverse-engineer and manufacture parts that match your existing components exactly, often at 15-20% lower cost. Send us a physical sample, CAD file, or drawing and we'll provide a quote. If you only have an obsolete part number, we can often work from that as a starting point.
We work with steel, stainless steel (including 316L for marine applications), aluminum (6061, 6063), brass, copper, various plastics (ABS, nylon, acetal), rubbers and elastomers (EPDM, silicone, TPE), and specialty alloys. If your application requires a specific material or certification (FDA, UL, AMCA), let us know upfront and we'll source accordingly.
Our Process
Our process is straightforward: (1) You send us specs, drawings, or a current sample. (2) We quote the part within 24-48 hours. (3) If you want to proceed, we manufacture a verification sample at no cost and ship it to you. (4) You approve the sample - we fix anything that's not right until you're satisfied. (5) Once approved, we place the production order. (6) We manage the entire supply chain from raw materials through delivery to your door. Initial custom orders typically take 65-90 days from quote to delivery (including sample approval). Reorders ship from warehouse stock in days.
Absolutely - custom manufacturing is the core of our business. We work from your drawings, CAD files, or physical samples. Our production processes include stamping, CNC machining, extrusion, injection molding, brush manufacturing, rubber extrusion, and metal fabrication. We regularly work with complex multi-part assemblies and specialty tooling.
Yes — free verification samples are produced before any order is placed. We ask for your expected MOQ or annual usage upfront so we can tailor the right sample sizes and materials for your application. Once we understand your requirements, we manufacture production-grade samples and ship them to your engineering and QC teams at no cost. If the sample isn't right, we revise at no charge until it matches your exact requirements.
Initial custom orders typically take 65-90 days from quote to delivery — this includes sample production, your approval, and the first production run. Once your parts are approved and in our regular production cycle, we warehouse approved inventory so reorders ship fast from stock — typically within days. Expedited production is available on most items when your schedule demands it.
Yes - this is a core part of how we work with ongoing customers. Once your parts are approved through our sample verification process and in production, we stock the approved inventory in our Plant City, FL warehouse. Future orders ship directly from stock, typically within days. We also offer blanket purchase orders with scheduled releases, annual agreements, and forecasted production runs to lock in pricing and ensure availability. The 65-90 day timeline only applies to the initial order for a new custom part — reorders are much faster.
Verification samples typically take 1-3 weeks to produce and ship, depending on whether new tooling is required. Simple samples from existing tooling can be ready in days. More complex parts requiring new molds or dies take longer. We communicate timelines clearly in the initial quote so you know what to expect.
We revise and remake it at no cost until it matches your specifications exactly. We'd rather spend the extra time getting the sample right than proceed with production on a part that doesn't work. Our goal is zero surprises once the production order is placed.
Ordering
MOQs vary based on the part, manufacturing process, and tooling requirements. For stamped or machined components, MOQs are often flexible and we can accommodate smaller runs. For extrusions and injection-molded parts with dedicated tooling, higher volumes are typically more cost-effective. We'll discuss MOQs during the quoting process based on what works for your production needs.
Yes. If your production schedule can't wait for standard lead times, we offer expedited manufacturing and expedited shipping options on most parts. Expedited pricing varies based on urgency and complexity - call us directly to discuss your timeline and we'll work out the fastest path to delivery.
We offer flexible payment options including purchase orders, standard net terms (Net 30/60), wire transfers, and credit card payments for smaller orders. Payment terms are discussed and finalized during the quoting process based on your company's preferences and order size.
Yes. For customers ordering recurring parts, we set up blanket POs with scheduled releases, annual purchase agreements, and forecasted production runs. This helps you lock in pricing, reduce admin overhead, and ensure component availability when your production line needs it.
Shipping
We ship throughout the United States and internationally. Domestic shipping is handled via major freight carriers (UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight for larger shipments). International orders are shipped DDP or DAP based on customer preference. Local pickup and delivery is available in the Tampa Bay area.
Yes. We ship directly to your production facility, distribution center, or any location you specify. We can also accommodate split shipments to multiple locations and coordinate timing with your production schedule.
Pricing
Our customers typically see 15-20%+ savings compared to their current suppliers, with equal or better quality. We achieve this through efficient sourcing, manufacturing partnerships, volume purchasing power, and lean operations - not by cutting corners on materials or QC.
Fill out our online quote request form with part details, quantities, and any specifications. You can also email drawings or CAD files directly to Ryan@sb5supplysolutions.com. We typically respond within 24-48 hours with detailed pricing and projected lead times.
No — verification samples are free upon request. We ask for your estimated annual usage or MOQ and application details so we can produce the right samples for your needs. Once we review your requirements, we manufacture and ship production-grade samples at no cost. You only pay when you approve the sample and place a production order.
