Components for Windows
Pile weatherstrip across the full AAMA 701/702-23 dimensional matrix, EPDM and silicone bulb seals, foam-clad jamb seals in the kerf-in foam-filled profile family, setting blocks at 80 ± 5 Shore A, constant-force coil balances, block-and-tackle balances, 4-bar casement and awning hinges in standard and heavy-duty, sash locks and keepers, dual-arm operators, and screen frame components. SB5 sources from vetted overseas manufacturers and inspects every shipment to the original spec before it leaves Plant City.
Every operable window — single-hung, double-hung, casement, awning, sliding, patio — consumes pile weatherstrip, glazing gaskets, setting blocks, sash balances, hinges, and operators. The US fenestration market moves 50–60 million units annually; SB5 sources the consumable component matrix from vetted factories so window OEMs can consolidate sourcing across the BOM.
